Arby’s

Arby’s is situated along Dewar Drive, which is the main retail corridor for Rock Springs. Dewar Drive intersects Interstate 80, the main east/west corridor through the state, less than a half mile west of the subject property. Daily traffic counts at this intersection are 30,000 vehicles per day. This intersection provides the westernmost highway interchange in Rock Springs. The majority of the retail uses in Rock Springs are located within 2 miles east or west of the subject. There are currently over 3,300 Arby’s restaurants in operation making it one of the largest fast food chains in the country.
